Coil Cleanings (Evaporator Coil and Condenser Coil)
Coil cleanings should be a part of your system’s routine maintenance. Dirty coils will cause undue stress on your system, which can cause higher utility bills, unexpected breakdowns, and even a shortened system life.
If you are experiencing any of these issues, it may be time to have one or both of your coils cleaned!
- Your air conditioning system is prone to “freezing up”
- Your heating or cooling system suffers from poor air flow
- Your heating or cooling system runs continuously
- You are experiencing unusually high utility bills
Some HVAC problems can DOUBLE your operating costs! Proper cleaning and maintenance can save you money and prolong the life of your system.
A typical residential heating and cooling system will consist of an “indoor unit” and an “outdoor unit”. This is referred to as a split-system. This system will contain an evaporator coil in the indoor unit and a condenser coil in the outdoor unit.
Goff HVAC does offer a coil cleaning as a stand-alone service, but discounts of up to 75% are available when combined with additional services.
