When should I Schedule Seasonal Maintenance?

Switching the air conditioner or heater on for the first time is an exciting sign of the changing season, but BEFORE it is time for that, it is time for your seasonal safety and maintenance inspections (PMA Check-Up).

HVAC companies get terribly busy during the summer and winter. It is best to plan for seasonal maintenance before these peak service times.

Goff HVAC will typically schedule seasonal maintenance inspections during the spring and fall while temperatures are mild. If temperatures allow, spring inspections normally begin in late March or early April. (Temperatures must be a steady 65 degrees or above for proper check-ups.) Fall inspections normally begin late September or early October. (Temperatures must be below 65 degrees.)
